Olympics 2008: Lee Chong Wei bids for Malaysia's first gold medal

Lee Chong Wei, the world no.2 seed badminton player, a malaysian who beat up korean man in olympic 2008 semi-final and bring the first in malaysia history, medals for men single.

Last nite, he had assured malaysia return home with at least a silver medal after barren outings at the last two Olympics by battling past South Korean Lee Hyun-il 21-18, 13-21, 21-13 in the semi-finals.

Now he's preparing for the final for tomolo nite, competing for a malaysia's first-ever-in-the-history gold medal and using his racket 2 take rm1 million from malaysia government.

I do hope Lee could win a gold medal for malaysia, although lin dan is a tough player to compete, but recently during last few month's thomas cup, he had beaten lin dan up. Hope he really could do it again.

Dont forget 2 enjoy the malaysia-in-the-history medal show, 8.40pm beijing time.
