Our beloved Najis proposed a 2nd conimic stimulus package recently.

Does it benefit anyone of u?

For me, it's like... i saw it, i heard it, but i cant feel it and totally shit out of benefiting it.

Let's have some idea on wat is so called economic stimulus from najis.

and let's see how to benefit from it.

规模 ：600亿令吉（历史上最大笔的振兴经济配套）
期限 ：2年（至2010年）<--- it was split into 2 years, so does it so called the huge amount? it's only 30 billion a year..=.=
财政赤字 ： 7.6%
2009年经济成长预测： -1%至1%
占国内生产总值比例： 9%
●-1%至1%经济成长：大马经济迅速转坏，2009全年预测下调至可能陷入负成长

●买屋房贷利息可扣税：即日起2010年12月31日成交的房屋，一旦房贷利息达1万令吉可连续3年获扣税
─被裁而失业者可申请延后偿还房贷1年 <--- Unless i got a house now or i buy a house b4 decemeber 2010...who can lent me money? LoL?

●5000令吉报废汽车回扣：10年车龄以上的普腾或第二国产车报废，可获5000令吉购买新车 <-- Unless u got a really Kanasai car, or else a 10 years old Wira's market value is more than 10K++ now. government offer 5k, i offer 8k lar.. who wan sell me their 10 years old Wira to me? Imagine u finish paying your Waja's 9 year's loan. then u sell it with ONLY RM5k at the following year? Will you??

●公司税亏损退算：在2009年与2010年估税年蒙亏高达10万令吉的公司，在报税时可退算至上一年，期限为2年 <--- Unless i own a company, do you have one?

●279亿令吉津贴：2009年各种津贴总额，包括6亿7400万令吉的食品如糖等，<-- Do you think the kopitiam tauke will decrease their Teh-chi Beng's price?
4亿8000万令吉的大道过路费不起价补贴 <-- Unless i live at Penisular

●成立「金融担保机构」：国家银行作担保，提供信用增级协助本地私人公司发放债券筹措资金 <-- does it make sense to you? but not me.

●5%回酬的储蓄债券：21岁或以上的国民，可购买总额50亿令吉的「政府储蓄债券」，投资额介于1000令吉至5万令吉 <--- This is the only one i am intersting with.. but if i dun have enuf saving, how to buy the bon?

●聘请失业人士有扣税：聘用自去年7月1日起被裁员工的公司，可扣除该员工年薪的双倍数额税务 <-- Unless tomolo my tauke ask me go back sibu and sleep at home. Do you think a company who want to retrench wokers will employe workers again? stupid.

• 凡是就读博士与硕士班，可以获得2万令吉和1万令吉的资助。<-- Unless i continue with my Master degree, do i have money n time? and somemore u cant go private uni, only those from Local uni.. Lol?

Sarawak CM's Car

If u live in west malaysia, i bet most of u know Terrengganu state goverment bought some 14 Mercedes compressor and PKR Perak bought few Toyota Camry 2.4 to replace our local-made Perdana.

when everyone scolding for wasting money on buying those mercedes and camry, let me tell u guys, wat cars are sarawak state government using.


We have BMW 7 series, 5 series, Jaguar, Mercedes.... and the list going on... Sorry tat i didnt mentioned about the Toyota Camry, Honda Accord and etc.. cos the are not as luxury compare to the above car... Lol

So, Dun scold terrengganu or perak government. Their car were just some normal cars in sarawak state government.

China shi chuan earth quake

12-05-2008 is the darkest moment in peopel of shi-chuan china life.....the disaster,earthquake had destroy thousand of families.


The number of confirmed deaths of the quake in shi-chuan province has now risen up to 40kpeople, .
More than 200k people are injured and mroe than 10k people are believed to be still trapped,
The final death toll following the 7.9-magnitude quake is expected to reach at least 50,000 people, China officials estimate.

wat can we do?? do some donation to helps the kids there, lots of funds are sending to them, ur donation can change one life.....

who block ur msn???

i believe most of u guys always recieve some website or software sent by ur friends, by key in ur msn username and pswd, then u can check who is actually deleting/blocking u.

but u guys better beware, there's lots of website n software are infected with trojan horse and virus that is actually attack ur msn and ur computer.

in fact, we can check who's blocking/deleting us using just our own msn, let me teach u how.

STEPS:

Open MSN Messenger,

「Tools」→「Option」→「Privacy」


1. "Allow list"

right click the Nick, if you can click the word "delete", (words is in bolded color) means u are being blocked or deleted by tat person.*click image for larger/clearer view

2.if u cant click the word"delete", means u still on his/her list.

Go back and check your list, see who;s deleting/blocking u .......

how fast can u type??

recently i was quite busy with my assignment and another 2 blog's setting up, one is my church's blog and another is my bb website. one of my assignment need 2 be submit next week another 2 week for my human resource assignment, i;m stress like hell.......

i saw this test from a friend blog, wongpk. This website can test how fast can i type in one minute. i type 79words a minute, 425 character per minutes. how about u??

Finally, i got my Rm50 new notes. apparently, the new design wasnt tat attractive and nice as in my mind. there's nothing special, and it was not the polymer type of paper like rm5.and do u noticed the design at the bak of the new rm50 notes? i wonder why they use oil palm tree??


Now i begin to miss the old times, the times where i use rm1 notes to buy kampua. do u still remember those old notes which we were using when we were kids???








some of u might not see or duno these rm500 and rm1000 notes ever exist. how good if i keep all of them and i might be a rich man after so many years. but sadly i dun hav any.

Breathing Therapy

i read a forwarded mail from my friend. i;ve tried this things out, and it's WORKING!!!!! not only me, my pastor try this out in office yesterday. ahahhaa...wat a funny experience. now i believe some forwarded mail is useful...hahha.....

我們有左邊、右邊鼻孔，吸氣、吐氣時有沒有一樣？
We have left, right nose, is that the same for inhale and exhale?
其實不一樣，可以感覺不一樣；右邊等於是太陽的意思，左邊等於是月亮.
Actually they are different, can feel the difference; right side represent the sun, left side represent the moon.

***平常頭痛時可以用手把右邊鼻孔關起來，只用左邊鼻孔吸氣、吐氣，約五分鐘， 頭痛就好了。
When having headache, try to close right nose and use your left nose to do your breathing, about 5 min, headache will be gone.


***如果疲倦、累了，相反的關起左邊的鼻孔，只用右邊吸氣、吐氣，不用多久，馬上 精神好起了。
If you feel tired, do it the opposite round, close your left nose and breathe through your right nose. After a while, you will feel your mind is fresh again.

因為右邊屬於火氣，比較會熱，左邊比較會涼。
Right side belongs to heat, so it gets hot easily, left side belongs to cold.


女生大部分吸氣、吐氣在左邊，所以心比較會涼快。
Most of the girls breathe with their left nose, so their heart gets cold easily.

男生大部分吸氣、吐氣在右邊，所以他們比較會生氣。
Most of the guys breathe with their right nose, so they get angry easily


我們起床時，可以注意哪邊吸氣、吐氣比較快？左邊或右邊？
Do you notice the moment we wake up, which side breathes faster? Left or right?

如果左邊比較快，覺得提不起精神，可以關起左邊鼻孔，用右邊呼吸，很快的精神會好起來。
If left is faster, you will feel tired. So, close your left nose and use your right nose for breathing, you will get refresh quickly


這也可以教給小孩，大人用更好。如果你有警覺心的話，速度更快。
This can be taught to kids, but the effect will be better if apply by elders.
