Jakar-sarikei-bintangor

Just to share my earlier of this month's tour to Jakar--sarikei--Bintangor.

Jakar i believe most of u duno where is it, it located somewhere near sarikei but it's on the way from sibu to kuching.i went there for my working purpose, but my friend went there for makan angin and makan breakfast.

and the delicious prawn mee...this cost us RM11....can u imagine how fresh and big is the prawn from pic?

After jakar's, i passby and went to sarikei to have some walk and see see...... b4 leaving, i went to the famous landmark of sarikei, taking pic with this big "Ong-Lai"...(sarikei also define as town of pineapple)
After sarikei, i went to Bintangor, having this bintangor famou's "Rojak", i like this rojak !!!

Bintulu kite festival 2008

Rambungan beach

it was a public holiday on 01.09.2008, to replace the merdeka day of malaysia. for me, nth special about merdeka in 31 august since MALAYSIA was formed on 16.09.1963, nth 2 do with 31.08.1957 so, for me it's just a normal day. Please go bak to read your history book and find when is MALAYSIA borned if u dun understand or dun believe my above statement

Talking about monday holiday, me and my myf friends went to Rambungan beach to relax.....

Miri-sibu

It's been quite some times i lost from this blog. i was busy with my work, and last week, i outstation to miri n sibu.

1st n 2nd day - Miri

This journey start wif my flight from kch to miri.

Where 2 go when u were in miri and finding a nice place for afternoon tea break??

This is the place, the best shao bao in Miri, located just behind Halo cafe. i bought some of it back to sibu too ^_^ it cost u RM1.40 per sao bao.

The cruncy sao bao n delicious ingredients inside it. But......How about the drinks??? wat to recommend?

Yes, nth wrong with ur eye, it's TsingTao beer...but, dun misunderstand, actually this is a botol of "liang teh", cost u rm2.60 a botol and it's good enuf for 2 person. i went to have this sao bao with ahtung(de 1 behind de pic)

Beside hills of interview, i really enjoy miri food too and nice meet wif ahtung at miri. After tis, i went to sibu for a 3 days working schedule which give me some times to meet wif my friends who was currently in sibu.

Of cos, not forgetting the best Kueh Chap in sibu, so far in sarawak i cant find de 2nd bowl of keup chap tat i like so much like this one.....it's Rm4.00 u can found it bak in sibu, at " ahling baku-teh". de shop just behind HSBC sibu.

Bintulu again

Right now, again i'm in bintulu. i came on yesterday morning and tell u wat, i was in 1st class seat on MAS airline yesterday.

i was shock when i recieve the boarding pass, how come my seat is 1c? initially i duno about it, cos my company book de ticket for me.

See, my luggage is identify as Golden Club class....

and this is bintulu, still a small town but i think they have great dream/vision. for me, they really hope to become city one day, until most of their big building's name are related to the word "city".

actually this is kampua mee inside, i only saw kampua being wrap wif newspaper back during my kids time... cant believe saw it again in bintulu.

i will leave 2 sibu later on, 2nite n tomolo will be in sibu.

who say BTC(bor tak-cek) people cannot earn big money......? i saw this Bor-tak-cek group is operating their business in UMS(uni of sabah) earning "tak-cek" uni student money...

so...

do u think getting a degree cert can confirm u earning big money next time???

KK Trip

i will be away to KK for one week. i aspect interesting programs in this Boys' Brigade pesta 2008 at KK. ^_^Bon Voyage to all the members ^_^

Bintulu & Tatau

i was on job traveling to bintulu and tatau for 2 days. i came 2 do some case and interview some car owner of loss, tat's one of my job scope and i believe i will travel to more places within sarawak in the future.

Everywhere i go, the first things i gonna do is...EAT!!! yeah....show u something that i eat in these 2 days. Firstly, my lunch at a kopitiam beside my hotel, this is a plate of mix vege cum with some chicken. it's damn tasty, even better many of the restaurant in kuching.......it's located at the 3rd kopitiam tat beside riverfront hotel tat i live.


and this is my dinner, we call it mee goreng basah in foochow, but in kuching, i cant find anywhere's cha mee is better than this . its really hometown taste, foochow taste...like sibu.


of cos not forgetting the best foochow Kampua.....lolz.....i have it for my breakfast b4 i depart to Tatau, another little small town in between sibu n bintulu.

beside the foods, i found Bintulu people are patriotic, why do i say so?? see the picture below then u will know........Warung Malaysia boleh....i think they should instead put, Warung Bintulu Boleh!


Beside Malaysia Boleh, wat do they have again??? they have MU cafe!!!!! What? Manchester United Cafe?? really??.......


Yes, they claim themself MU cafe...but not Manchester United , instead, Makanan United, haha MU cafe bintulu rox.....lolx

沙巴生肉面Sabah sheng rou mee

This is the "沙巴生肉面Sabah sheng rou mee" that i ate during my sabah trips. This is one of the famous sabah local mee.

Dun worry if u are now in kuching..... this is somewhere in kuching that u can have this tasty "沙巴生肉面Sabah sheng rou mee"

The mee they use are "oil mee" with pork oil, bcoz of pork oil it smells gud. and it comes with a bowl of pork n some mixed pork "spare parts"



ok, where 2 eat??? it's located at Pending, just behind the Johan shipping company. tat kopotiam is syn hin yung cafe.

Back to sibu

i'm back in sibu!!!! and today is the worst time i be with airasia, delayed from 7.20 to 1100. so pissed off.

we all sit in the flight for half n hours without aircorn. i duno y the pilot drive out to the "flying land" and park there, keep us waiting n waiting for half n hour. i believe the time we wait could deliver us to sibu already......and finally, the pilot park bak to the original park, and ask us to go down the flight again and keep us waiting. ok fine, then they give us some coupon to comfort us, cos those typical foochow alrady fly their 3words out to them.....

they comfort us by given a refreshment voucher and a pass to go out to the departure hall to dine. The food was so so so.....taste less. a plate of tasteless fried mee hoon and a cup of orange juice.i will be in sibu for 2 days only. free find me yam cha ya, sibu friend. ^_^

KK trip

Back from sabah kk trip and still rushing my assignment, thank God the assignment was almost done so i take some times to blog about my trip

Day1- arrival

i depart from kch airport with Airbus A320 to KK. When i arrive there, it was evening time, and our stomach start drumming around. so we went to a famous suking tourist money restaurant--the Kampung Nelayan. Nothing much on tat day, after dinner, just go around the hotel and save our energy to start our exciting journey of KK.


Day 2 - rafting + Philipine market
This is the highlight of my KK trip, and i really enjoy rafting a lot. This is a very exciting game and along this river, there are 3 companie operating. it was around 8 boat rafting wif us tat day, so we are not alone. we did water fighting with them somemore along the journey.we ride about 10km and it cost us more than 1 and half hour 2 finish the rafting journey. see the pic below and tat's us, can u feel the excitement of the game??


after the tiring rafting game, it was evening time when we arrive at our hotel. our hotel just located at a walking distance from the famous Philipine market. u can buy all the handicraft souvenirs here with low price, of cos u have 2 cut price like ur ah ma buying vege in market.



Day 3 - Kundasang

the destination of day 3 is kundasang. here is where the mount kinabalu located, which is a prominent mountain in south east asia. It took us a long journey to arrive there. According our driver/tour guide, its not easy to see mount kk in these days as the weather were always cold and cloudy. i',m lucky to see this mount's head just in a few minutes time and i quickly took down this pic, after all the cloud cover it's head untill we bak to kk town.

the weather was so cool there, and the flowers were so beautiful. we went to rose / strawberry garden, went to a market (forget the name) where sell lots of local vege, flowers, and some local made food. can u see how beautiful the flower is?, can u imagine this is just a wild flora i found along the roadside???
we also went to a modified long house selling handicarfts here. the price are quite reasonable for us, may b i am not mat saleh and i can cut their price like ahma cutting price in market.
Not forgeting we also went to the hot spring at kundasang, i will say that is a boring place, and i been there 10 years ago when i was just a 13 years old boy, and until today, it has not change at all. so, just forget the hot spring.


Day 4 - Island

we went to 2 island on day 4. the 1st one i forget the name, but the 2nd one is the famous manukan island. i saw many ang mo there, wearing bikini and when they wan 2 change cloth, they might just change in front of eveyone...very daring....

do u know wat is this?? look like the equipment to perm hair in saloon?? how come this saloon equipment put at the beach??lolz....
actually this saloon equipment looks like things is so called Scuba-Doo mini submarine. generally it called deep water motobike. u can drive it in deep water with ur oxigen providing in ur head.


Day 5/6 - gaya street/shopping

In conjunction of the weekend, we able to have a walk in this sunday market called, the gaya street. u can found everything here, food, souvenirs, even screwdriver, underwear, chicken and macam macam all u need in ur daily life.



and i found this in this sunday market, tat's 7 zai!!! the cute doll from stephen chow latest movie, CJ7. even a hong kong kids walk beside me shout at his father, " daddy, daddy, go dou yao ceong gong cak hou ar, 7 zai a!!!" (cantonese) (english: daddy, daddy, there's cj7 doll there!7zai ar) and it was so cute tat i also bought one

at nite, i was rushing my assignment at hotel, how pity i am. next time if u come 2 kk, remember to live at this hotel, Imperial International Hotel, very nice interior and this is so far the newest hotel. it was just located in between few big shopping center, warisan square and centrepoint

'Finally all the journey need2 come to an end, for the last 2 days, thanks siew fung and her friend bringing me around to sabah to eat the sabah famous"sheng rou" mee, "tong sui", dan-ta" and so many others....

This sabah trips has come to an end and i hope i can plan for my next trips....i hope it will be bali...haha...or may b i think too much.. =.=1
