i went to have my lunch at Sushi King @ The spring Today! The RM2/plate promotion is on going from 20/04/09 - 23/04/09. Guess wat....

Rm2/plate promotion, It sounds good, it smell tasty but it's SUX! The Service is totally Pissing me OFF!!

Firstly, we cannot choose our table! The seat near to tray is reserved for NON-MEMBER! Means those people dun hav member card and cannot enjoy the RM2/plate promotion. We request to move to the table nearer to Tray. ( WTF is tat, i am the customer and i am paying the MONEY!!)

Well, Secondly Bcos my Green tea is too hot, i ask for ICE-CUBE. The waitress replied me, "oh mr. i am sorry, u didnt order any cold drinks, the ice-cube is only limited for customer who order Cold Drinks!! (WTH is this again, wanna save for ICE-CUBE??HELL!!)

I end up didnt eat much, i dun have mood to eat again.....

so DONT GO SUSHI KING@THE SPRING, i gain the worst Experience with it. Sorry, i will not spend my money in this LOUSY restaurant anymore.

An alternative for RM2/plate promotion freak, u may go to Boulevard @ sushi king. i bet the service is far more better than this. Or else Sushi King in Kch is going to close soon cos of the Poor Service!

After Western Digital kuching's retrenchment over 800++ workers in past 2 months, now it's the Bank industry's turn to retrench workers.

CIMB Bank will close nearly 60 surplus branches this year to save up to 60 million ringgit (S$25.3 million) annually.

CIMB Group chief executive, Datuk Seri Nazir Razak ( our C/Prime Minister brother) say that, actually they are offering its 36,000 staff extended unpaid leave under the “Staff Rejuvenation Programme” and he emphasised that the programme was not to lay off workers but to give them an option to take extended unpaid leave of between one and six months.

Wow, six month, tell me which workers can survie without 6 month's income? i bet Datuk is the one who can take unpaid leave for 6 month, but not the workers.

and i bet my friends who's working in CIMB bank will face the life like the comic below....

* go to some hutan to pray for a JOB rather than pray for 4D number..

30 hours famine 2009

Last few days, i joined 30 hours famine camp organized by World Vision Malaysia. This 30 hours famine is actually a 30 hours fasting programs organized by world vision to make a impact on the problem of world hunger(especially those in africa) by pledging to go without food for 30 hours, campers can experience the hunger situation face by lots of people around the world.

How do i survive for 30 hours fasting?? without eating, only drinking.... yea, there's lot of programs going on, games, movie watching, concert nite, and the list going on.

Concert nite, Daniel lee, the artist. and there's other performing groups. We even got kids performing shi chuan "change face", dancing like rain n michael jackson, yoga performance, and a lots more.... The concert nite start from 7 until late 1030pm on 1st day...

It's the most tough period of camp, on 2nd day everyone is hungry.... like my friend above. since we go thru 20 hours alraedy, the alst 10 hours must tahan too.

Hey, here comes to the count down of break-fasting... all the staff n artist stand up on the stage to count wif us.. we were all given a butter bun n a pack of Soya bean.

If u live in west malaysia, i bet most of u know Terrengganu state goverment bought some 14 Mercedes compressor and PKR Perak bought few Toyota Camry 2.4 to replace our local-made Perdana.

when everyone scolding for wasting money on buying those mercedes and camry, let me tell u guys, wat cars are sarawak state government using.

We have BMW 7 series, 5 series, Jaguar, Mercedes.... and the list going on... Sorry tat i didnt mentioned about the Toyota Camry, Honda Accord and etc.. cos the are not as luxury compare to the above car... Lol

So, Dun scold terrengganu or perak government. Their car were just some normal cars in sarawak state government.

Venue: Christian Ecumenical Worship Centre, Kuching

BN take over Perak state assembly

Actually these few days i was chasing after Perak state's political status. It was sad to announce that,BN has obtained a simple majority to take over the Perak state government following the move by four assemblymen from Pakatan Rakyat to leave their parties and support the BN.

In constitution wise, there's a big question mark appear appear in my mind towards the decision made by our beloved perak sultan...

Why sultan do not wanted to disolve the state assembly and make a fair election for perak-ian? Dissolute the state assembly is fair to both parties, BN n PKR and moreoever it's in democracy wise for perak-ians to re-elect/decide their leaders.

Even a normal malaysians like me know how to make a easy and fair decision for all, ...yet a agung wif judges background had made a decision which perak-ian or malaysians dun wish to see.

Even now people tends to ask, do sultan have the rights to "force" or "fire" the Menteri Besar? it was stated in constitution law, sultan was act as an advisor to advice the ex-MB to resign. In malaysia past 50 years history, non of a sultan disagree to disolute state assembly while requested except once in year 1977. Lets see wat sultan wrote in his own book few years ago and wat is his conviction towards this matters.

Flashback to 2004 – in his book, Constitutional Monarchy, Rule of Law and Good Governance, the sultan wrote:

“Under normal circumstances, it is taken for granted that the Yang di-Pertuan Agong would not withhold his consent to a request for dissolution of parliament. His role is purely formal.”

He also added that no sultan or agung had withheld consent to dissolve legislative body, except in Kelantan in 1977.

With his decision now, it looks like what he wrote was just rhetoric..... =.=!!!

Obviously, BN take over Perak goverment had become a facts. Although Najis@Najib's move had bring it's victory to BN to take over perak, but for me, he is now burning himself.

BN will bankrupt even sooner than predicted, najib become PM in less than one month's time, and i believe he's the end of R-A-H-M-A-N history. RAHMAN will end wif najis@najib and move on wif new government.

After all, something tat i concern is... TOYOTA CAMRY 2.4 bought by PKR government, now they have to hand over this pretty car back to BN. how sad... T.T

已经好几天没看到太阳了... 就是雨一直下不停,很纳闷.

这几个星期来, 这场雨还真害了不少人, 上个星期SIBU就因为豪雨加上涨潮, 民不聊生....

请问你看得到马路还是河流? SIBU 是大马维尼斯水城也..

发觉过了一个新年,感觉上自己真的长大(老）了. 回到家里看到表弟妹一个一个都长大了,曾几何时我也象他们一样.

差不多一个星期没check mail 了，　今天看到了一个mail, 满象现在的我．．．．

Back in Sibu

Haven been updated for almost a month. i was busy with my work actually.

I am now back in sibu, a little hometown of mine. i am actually in Holiday + CNY mood now, but some task still need 2 do in these 2 days.

Went out to town this morning, sibu is again full of people, lots of people coming back around the "world" ( you can find sibu+foochow ppl around the world, no lie...), traffic jam everywhere, lots of peoples walking on the streets, queuing at bank ATM machines(pthat's why ppl always say sibu ppl rich??) lol=x

so, those who's back for CNY, dun forget 2 drop me a call , or drop me a visit(bai nian) during cny. i will back to kuching coming cny day 5 or 6.....

i think it's kinda too late, but i would like to wish everybody a Happy new year 2009.

Year 2008 was a important year for me, i steps into different level of my life.... and now futher to year 2009.

finally, i was graduated in year 2008, and end my life as a student.

And i steps into the society... like others adult, running the routine "work-eat-sleep"life everyday.Another things for sure, i meet a lots of friends in MYF, they brighten up my days. we always having fun, laughter, worship God 2gather.... They are my best time spending in these few years. u guys are the best!!

and end of the year, just few weeks ago, i was engaged wif my loved one....it was on 12.12.2008. such a nice number isnt' it?

the craziest things i;ve done this year is, travel to KK, and experience the exciting rafting activities. this is just too excited and i urge u all to gave it a try if u facing a boring life.

Last but not least, year ahead is another challenging year for me. i got lots of things to achieve, lots of works to do. Hope that God will be my guidance throughout the years. ^^.

i went to have my car wash last few weeks. car wash? nothing special rite? but if next time u want to wash ur car while having ur lunch, i intro u a place - The original Car wash.

This car wash centre is located at Rubber road, somewhere opposite Singapore Chicken Rice.^_^

The wash cost me RM15 with 2 free Lime Juice, u can see your car being washed inside the restaurant, cool isnt it..

My car was bathing while i was dining....

i ordered this pineapple fried rice, it's such a BIG portion... can eat by 2 person. i end up dabao.

Delicious chicken rice, the source was fantastic.

i know lots of u know Namewee - 黃明志, Recently he's naughty again. i bet malaysia is too boring for him, so he come out wif Mr.Chew teaching ABC Part1, part 2, and Part3. i bet most of u if u follow newspaper, u will notice, lots of bad comments about this video. even his ex-school is now going sue him for the MV's background which involve the school.

But.... wat namewee wanted to scold is malaysia education system. wat he say is right. Lots of chinese student encounter this education environment. Primary school (chinese medium)--> Secondary school (government- Malay medium)--> when comes to form 6/College/Uni, everything comes to English.

Something good is, u could handle all of these 3 medium. But How about those who cant handle? the system is not a continous linking system.

May b the way namewee present the song is a bit too rough, not really polite. but this is not a big deal, the important things is the message which he wanted to deliver... i duno how u guys think about the video, i still support namewe... lol=x

刚刚在下班回家的路途中, 车里的CD播到了"噢麦轧"这首歌.
这首歌的旋律很轻快, 很快乐, 象是诉说着友情.
很喜欢 "噢麦轧", 友情也许就是那么简单, 一起笑, 一起哭, 一起疯, 一起闹.

在中学时, 身边有一大堆的朋友. 不时就搞些活动,BBQ,看戏. 今天听说谁喜欢谁, 明天又某某给人抛弃.

上了大学是, 见面的机会少了, 还好还有MSN, Friendster, 还找回些朋友. 但偶尔放假还有机会聚一聚, 谈谈各自的大学生活, 又听说谁谁都又女朋友了. 相聚的日子少了, 各自都有各自的生活圈子了.

毕业了, 初入社会, 大家都各自在不同的城市,国家工作, 见面反而没几次. 能有机会跟朋友聚一聚, 就想这首歌一样, 心情是异常的快乐, 今天的我们, 出社会了, 还真的是很想念那种天真无邪的笑声....

Last sat, i went to attend my Uni's Alumni dinner which held at Crown Plaza. i bet most of the alumni were oversea or outside kuching town, there's not much ppl attending. most of my batch attending bcos we going 2 have our graduation the next day ma... lolz...

The environment is nice, the atmosphere is superb. The food, quite nice too ^_^

Kuching District MYF Camp 2008

During this raya, i went to a camp organized by Kuching district Myf. This camp was opened to whole kuching's methodist churches's MYF.

The night when we all check in at rajah court.....

yeah, they are my new friend + my team-mate in this camp. (frm right to left= chuan wen, jin fa, rui qi, ina, esther, ding yi, me, grace, cai ling, ling ling)

Went to Chin Fu church last few days. But in the midst of the programs i wanted to pee....so i follow the instuction at the wall...until i reach this pole....it still ask me to keep going and turn left.....

fine, i turned left but....i saw this, it ask me 2 turn to the side just now....wow, do i need 2 pee here? in the midst of two pole??

i still can tahan a bit lar.....but my friend cant tahan....and he really follow the "law" or should i say the "instruction"..... peeing at this "toilet".

haha, all of the above is kidding lar, at last we finally found the toilet, a toilet wif a guys toilet bowl in one room..... nice ya....

Jakar i believe most of u duno where is it, it located somewhere near sarikei but it's on the way from sibu to kuching.i went there for my working purpose, but my friend went there for makan angin and makan breakfast.

After jakar's, i passby and went to sarikei to have some walk and see see...... b4 leaving, i went to the famous landmark of sarikei, taking pic with this big "Ong-Lai"...(sarikei also define as town of pineapple)

i know it's a bit late posting this but after our malaysia No.1 single men LCW lost to Lin dan from China, everyone is critisizing him for such a noob. criticizing is everywhere in lots of forums. Wat do u think of it?

It's been quite some times i lost from this blog. i was busy with my work, and last week, i outstation to miri n sibu.

1st n 2nd day - Miri

This journey start wif my flight from kch to miri.

Where 2 go when u were in miri and finding a nice place for afternoon tea break??

This is the place, the best shao bao in Miri, located just behind Halo cafe. i bought some of it back to sibu too ^_^ it cost u RM1.40 per sao bao.

The cruncy sao bao n delicious ingredients inside it. But......How about the drinks??? wat to recommend?

Yes, nth wrong with ur eye, it's TsingTao beer...but, dun misunderstand, actually this is a botol of "liang teh", cost u rm2.60 a botol and it's good enuf for 2 person. i went to have this sao bao with ahtung(de 1 behind de pic)

Beside hills of interview, i really enjoy miri food too and nice meet wif ahtung at miri. After tis, i went to sibu for a 3 days working schedule which give me some times to meet wif my friends who was currently in sibu.

Of cos, not forgetting the best Kueh Chap in sibu, so far in sarawak i cant find de 2nd bowl of keup chap tat i like so much like this one.....it's Rm4.00 u can found it bak in sibu, at " ahling baku-teh". de shop just behind HSBC sibu.

Last few days, we organize a small party for siaw hui's birthday. 2gather with some good friends from myf, having our dinner at pizza junction.

Of cos, the main menu of the tis party was....... the pizzas, we did have some additional menu like, mushroom soup, garlic bread, mushroom soup, and etc.

i know when crazy joker saw this pic, he will shout in mad, we had ordered 8 kinds of different favour pizza. and it was like...wow.... duno which to choose 2 eat!! lolz...

Right now, again i'm in bintulu. i came on yesterday morning and tell u wat, i was in 1st class seat on MAS airline yesterday.

i was shock when i recieve the boarding pass, how come my seat is 1c? initially i duno about it, cos my company book de ticket for me.

Kuching MYF Bowling competition 2008

This afternoon, i joined a bowling competition organize by kuching district MYF, there are all 2gather more than 10 methodist churches MYF from kuching joining this competition.

and somehow, i satistfy with my own result, see the pic below, i am the one in 2nd row, E wif 157marks on 2nd round. the "SEND" team from Chindaw Methodist Church. S=soon lee E=edmund, N=nelson, D=david.

The Champion goes to Chindaw Group A, the "SEND" team.

The MVP goes to Yew Woo, from Chindaw Methodist Church too....

It's me, recieving the champion trophy from Kuching district myf chairman, ding yi.

Because of the group champion n 1st-runner up and MVP, we won a Overall Champion for our church, Chindaw Methodist Church!!!!!

Today is the opening of the latest shopping mall in kuching, Green height mall. This mall is a bit different from others, they didnt locate themself in the heart of kuching, but they locate themselve at residental area, aiming for resident. The anchor tenant is non other than the famous cold-storage.

Recently me and a group of my myf friends are crazy about bowling, not to say go 2 play bowling everyweek, but we all bought a set of bowling suite...see how crazy we are.i spend RM300+ 2 get a customized bowling, a bowling bag wif bowling"cloth" and a pair of bowling shoes.

Here is the process how my bowling is customized.
1. measuring the size of my finger,
2.make the hole which suit my finger size

3.clean up the ball and it's really 2 use.

The government has just announced that petrol price is going up by 78 sen at today 5/6/08 - a 40.6 percent jump from RM1.92 per litre to RM2.70!!!!! do not think tat's the ceiling price of tis increment, the price will go up to RM4.00 per litre in the future. Everything will just increase for no reason after the fuel increase.

Government said,they will refund rm625/year to the car owner. and lets say the increasing of fuel and misc per month is rm500 x 12 months = RM6000..and wtf government is giving only RM625, how 2 cover up???

Our government always said, our fuel price is the cheapest among the region...come on la, wat for u compare to singapore, a small town without any natural mineral, and somemore average income per person per year is far more higher than malaysian...and lets see this breakdown chart...do u think we are cheap among those countries???

Bintulu & Tatau

i was on job traveling to bintulu and tatau for 2 days. i came 2 do some case and interview some car owner of loss, tat's one of my job scope and i believe i will travel to more places within sarawak in the future.

Everywhere i go, the first things i gonna do is...EAT!!! yeah....show u something that i eat in these 2 days. Firstly, my lunch at a kopitiam beside my hotel, this is a plate of mix vege cum with some chicken. it's damn tasty, even better many of the restaurant in kuching.......it's located at the 3rd kopitiam tat beside riverfront hotel tat i live.

and this is my dinner, we call it mee goreng basah in foochow, but in kuching, i cant find anywhere's cha mee is better than this . its really hometown taste, foochow taste...like sibu.

of cos not forgetting the best foochow Kampua.....lolz.....i have it for my breakfast b4 i depart to Tatau, another little small town in between sibu n bintulu.

beside the foods, i found Bintulu people are patriotic, why do i say so?? see the picture below then u will know........Warung Malaysia boleh....i think they should instead put, Warung Bintulu Boleh!

Beside Malaysia Boleh, wat do they have again??? they have MU cafe!!!!! What? Manchester United Cafe?? really??.......

This is the "沙巴生肉面Sabah sheng rou mee" that i ate during my sabah trips. This is one of the famous sabah local mee.

Dun worry if u are now in kuching..... this is somewhere in kuching that u can have this tasty "沙巴生肉面Sabah sheng rou mee"

The mee they use are "oil mee" with pork oil, bcoz of pork oil it smells gud. and it comes with a bowl of pork n some mixed pork "spare parts"

This is somehow a very late update, this is the even tat i joined last week...

One Life -- a very meaningful real-life HIV awareness campaign. it was just over last week here in kuching and i was lucky to offer myself as the volunteer/crew of this once in a life time experience.

Every participants were given a mp3 player with headset. and there's actually 3 stories, depending on the mp3 players u got is which story. i walk thru the life of a cambodian prostitute life and a Malaysia kids story. both were so touching. After the story, we will walk onto a space for us to meditate and there's some board for us to stick our encouragement words for those poor little HIV kids out there.

This is indeed a meaningful experience that i have.......

i bought a very nice car stickers, a pair of flip flops, and the shirts were free for me cos i am crew.....

do u notice some little white things on the pic??? wat's that, of cos...tat;s the condom, i didnt bought it, but it was given free of charge to all the participants.....

Just bak from sibu few days ago, actually i was going bak to get the police investigation report for my claim of insurans, however, just found out that, the bike was recovered in mukah. truely speaking, i rather prefer 2 get my claim few thousands ringgit back 2 get a new car, but who knows my bike is now in sibu police station...=.=. found the bike back wif arrested thief, make this case even more complicated...i duno when can i get my bike bak...=.=1.
2years ago b4 my bike being modified into black color.it was in red color.

the modification tat i did, in black n white color, b4 it was stolen.

it was discovered in mukah, they spray it into yellow color, change the plate number, if u wan 2 buy magnum 4d, buy this fake number lar, 7308. lolz

i'm back in sibu!!!! and today is the worst time i be with airasia, delayed from 7.20 to 1100. so pissed off.

we all sit in the flight for half n hours without aircorn. i duno y the pilot drive out to the "flying land" and park there, keep us waiting n waiting for half n hour. i believe the time we wait could deliver us to sibu already......and finally, the pilot park bak to the original park, and ask us to go down the flight again and keep us waiting. ok fine, then they give us some coupon to comfort us, cos those typical foochow alrady fly their 3words out to them.....

they comfort us by given a refreshment voucher and a pass to go out to the departure hall to dine. The food was so so so.....taste less. a plate of tasteless fried mee hoon and a cup of orange juice.i will be in sibu for 2 days only. free find me yam cha ya, sibu friend. ^_^

i believe most of u guys always recieve some website or software sent by ur friends, by key in ur msn username and pswd, then u can check who is actually deleting/blocking u.

but u guys better beware, there's lots of website n software are infected with trojan horse and virus that is actually attack ur msn and ur computer.

in fact, we can check who's blocking/deleting us using just our own msn, let me teach u how.

STEPS:

Open MSN Messenger,

「Tools」→「Option」→「Privacy」

1. "Allow list"

Same like other typical kuching ppl, i am queuing up in the latest outlet in the spring hypermall, kuching to wait my donut to be served. and i duno why i am so stupid not 2 get some donuts during my tips at kk, warisan mall.

their donut range, 23 kinds of different donut....

and yet u can enjoy surfing internet and blog them in their cafe. during promotion period, in every cup of coffee u consume, u will get a free donuts.

the business was so good tat, workers are too busy to make donuts.

华人，天生就比较勤劳。梦醒后就在天还没亮就结伴上山去寻宝，在山上果然发现很多精致的公仔雕像，就全部把他们搬下山。就是我们现在拜的神像了。

印度人，八点才起床连忙赶到山上去。到了山上发现那些完美的神像被华人扫完了，地上剩下一些支离破碎的神像，印度人心想好过没有啦，就把那些断手断脚的统统拿回家，用
粘回去，不过断手太多很难认出是哪一尊神像的就随便粘。所以现在他们拜的神都是很多手的，另外还有当年不小心被粘上象头的神像。

红毛人（鬼佬），十点钟起床。吃完早餐大摇大摆上山去，一到山上天啊神像被扫一空，剩下地上几支树枝，红毛人（鬼佬）心想好过空手回，就捡了那些树枝回去，把它绑起来成十字形。就是我们现在看到的十字架。

马来人，睡到十二点屁股晒太阳，带着梦游的脚步上山，到了山上带头见到宝藏没了扒在地上大叫
啊啊啊啊啊啊。。。没啦！！！'随从们听到带头的大叫以为是在叫神仙的名字，便也跟着扒在地上一齐喊

马来西亚种族肤色的由来

又是很久很久很久很久。。。以前，不明神仙又路过黄金半岛，发现四大民族（华人，鬼佬，马来人和印度人）都是同一肤色黑。于是便又托梦给四大民族，告诉他们明早又到山上集会，不明神仙会带同五千年才收集到一桶的圣水给他们洗掉身上的黑色素，可以变成白皙的皮肤。

四大民族（华人，鬼佬，马来人和印度人）不约而同的天还没亮就出发，这回轮到鬼佬腿较长先到达山上，华人慢了一步排在第二，马来人排第三，印度人迷路了还在森林中。不明神仙就让先到的鬼佬先进去圣水桶浸圣水。

一个小时后，鬼佬从圣水桶爬出来，身上的黑色素完全脱落，变得白里透红，各大民族羡慕极了！！（所以我们今天看到的鬼佬都很白哦。）

轮到华人下去浸圣水了，华人一跳下圣水桶就闻到一股尿味，原来鬼佬在桶中待了一小时忍不住撒了一泡尿，可能吃太多榴莲导致热气那泡尿特别黄！华人浸了一的小时后发现黑色素没了不过被尿染黄了身体非常伤心，在跳出圣水前就拉了一堆屎。（华人又称黄种人就是这个由来）

终于轮到马来人了，马来人一见到华人跳出圣水桶，逼不急待的用饿狗抢屎的招式跃入圣水桶，进到桶中发现很多浮上来的

油条'，忍着痛苦浸了两个小时，发现黑色素只消除了一点，身上染了大便的颜色非常愤怒，一脚把圣水桶踢翻。
（所以今天我们看到的马来人都是朱古力色的）

迷了路的印度人终于到了山上，被圣水桶绊倒，好彩身手敏捷双手按在地上也没受伤。圣水被土地吸收了。。。没了。。不明神仙要收集圣水也要五千年所以就化作白烟告辞了。

（您有注意到吗？印度人虽然全身都黑，不过脚板和手掌心会比较白。不相信的话打开您的印度朋友掌心或脱掉他们的鞋子看看！！）

Been to this hong kong theme's restaurant for lunch. and let's talk about the drinks....can u see the chinese name in 01 drink's list? 香港丝袜奶茶...i wonder how it taste like? tea in the socks??somemore hong kong sytle

That's it, the "hong kong sock tea", nth special at all, no smeelly hong kong leg's taste but just a normal sibu rejang river like teh-chi beng. chinese always like to fool ppl with it's fancy chinese wording....

talking about wat we eat, this is some beef rice wif cheese on the top. it was like eating pizza, but the content were rice. may b it's good for cheese lover, but not for me, when eat too much cheese u will feel like....yukkzz.....too much.

This is the basket lamb rice, this is the classical "饭桶"....indeed is饭桶 eating 饭桶....lolz.....

Another things i wan 2 say is, how come they dun shuffle some cantonese song in the restaurant? instead they put kuching's nicholas zhang dong liang??may b they wan 2 get local market customer?i duno....it's kinda weird....and not related...

pikom pc fair

Went to pikom pc fair yesterday and i was like, duh....so many things wanna buy and not enuf budget for it....haih.....

had bought somethings from pc fair, a 4GB pendrive (RM47), mouse(RM25) Wireless router (RM149), CD-R 100pcs(RM55) and a mickey mouse MP3 player 1GB (RM60). spend quite a lot in this pc fair and so sad dun hav enuf budget for a 160GB external hardisk which only cost RM198 wif casing. of cos i am not as rich as u think since i bought so many things above, the wireless modem is helping others 2 buy.

i think i need 2 save up more money for next pc fair

p/s: the wireless router that i bought for church....

p/s: so far this is the best things i found in this pikom fair, mickey mouse Mplayer!!!! i found it long time liaw......and it only available in few region......cant believe can bought it in kch!!!!

home made sushi

i was doing sushi last nite for 2nite's gathering. different from sushi king sushi, i didnt use rice, but instead i use bread. wonder how i do it?, let me teach u.

1)This is wat i prepared for today's lesson. mayonise, tuna, seaweed, carrot, cucumber and roti.
2)After all, cut the carrot and cucumber into slices, and remember-dip the cucumber slice with venigar for around 10 minutes.3)boiled egg to be scattered like wat i did in the pic. tips: using a folk is easier

4)get ur tuna, mayonise and scattered egg mix 2gather

5) cut the seaweed paper into quater, means 1/4 size
6) and for the bread, cut off the brown side of each slice of roti.

7) put the seaweed paper and roti with mayonize and ingredience into the roti like wat i did in the pic.
8) scroll it

9) and it's done.
10) tat;s all i did last nite, and u can cut it into slices.
